Reykjavík City aims to keep the small scaled city centre a pleasant and safe place for everyone. Traffic for buses and larger commercial vehicles are therefore restricted in Reykjavík Centre as of July 2017. Hidden Iceland has selected the most accessible pick-up locations for customers staying in that area.
Use the map below to find the nearest or most convenient stop to your accommodation, and then choose that stop when booking. You can click on the stop on the map and then search directions. Enter your starting location address or hotel name to determine how long it will take for you to get there.
The information on this page only relates to pickups for a Hidden Iceland tour. Please make note that it is your responsibility to be at the designated pick up place at the right time. Hidden Iceland also encourages you to read well and understand our terms & conditions for further information.
If you are staying out of the downtown area of Reykjavík in the surrounding suburbs (Hafnarfjörur, Mosfellsbær, Kópavogur or Garabær), we may be able to pick you up from there if you get in contact with us and arrange a pickup, given that the location. However, this may not always be possible. Please get in touch with us through info@hiddeniceland.is if your pickup location is not on the following list.
If you have not received a written confirmation from us stating otherwise, then you must go to the pickup point on your booking voucher. If you have not yet determined where you will be staying in Reykjavík, then choose the Meet on Location option for the pickup location. You will need to then email through your requested pickup location once you know. If you need to change your pickup location, then please contact us at info@hiddeniceland.is.
